Fitness Sales & Studio Manager

We are seeking a Fitness Sales & Studio Manager who genuinely enjoys building connections with students and staff. The ideal candidate will be assertive, pro-active, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with strong customer service and sales skills. We are looking for someone who knows how to set goals for themselves, and meet them.

• Customer Service:
  Ensure prompt responses to inquiries via our website, email, and phone. Hire and manage additional support staff as needed.
• Sales and Enrollment:
  Drive new lead conversions and member retention within our fitness programs, utilizing effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate Marketing and Community Outreach events as needed to nurture sales and enrollment goals.
• Management and Administration:
  Oversee hiring and staff scheduling for customer service and fitness sales associates, and ensure accounts and attendance records are maintained by the staff team. Hire & Onboard fitness coaches and front desk sales team as needed.
• Studio Operations:
  Manage daily studio upkeep, order supplies, and oversee inventory at the merchandise counter.
• Property Management:
  Assist on-site with any urgent property management tasks and maintenance scheduling as required/if they arise.

• Proven prior experience in fitness sales and management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent ability to train, hold professional tension, and delegate.
• Capacity to meet and exceed enrollment goals while upholding studio values and policies.
• Resourcefulness in learning and navigating online software programs is essential.

• Experience with student registration software is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Walla, Slack, Trello, Gmail, Wix, and social media platforms is a plus.
