Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers and process orders by phone and online;
Invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected and mileage logged daily;
Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide excellent service to professional customers;
Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed, including returns, stock, and labor-claims processing
