Director of Sales, Wholesale

Overview

The Director of Sales, Wholesale will lead customer development and sales strategy for Murphy’s Naturals’ wholesale business. This role is responsible for developing and executing the sales vision, expanding our retail footprint, and improving the performance of our national sales broker team. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, E-commerce, Marketing, and Innovation to ensure our retail and wholesale presence is aligned with brand growth and profitability goals.

• Lead the development and execution of the wholesale sales vision and strategy for Murphy’s Naturals.
• Expand the national wholesale footprint and improve performance of the sales broker team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, E-commerce, Marketing, and Innovation to align wholesale activities with brand growth and profitability goals.
• Manage relationships with key retailers and partners; analyze performance metrics and drive tactical initiatives.
• Develop forecasting, budgeting, and sales plans to support revenue targets.

• Demonstrated experience in wholesale or national sales leadership; track record of growing wholesale channels.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategy, manage a broker network, and collaborate across functions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
