Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educates other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentors new technicians;
Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; uses point of sale systems and handles in-person selling;
Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, utilize handheld technology to make business decisions related to services and safety alerts, and train others to use new tools;
Maintains inventory, completes paperwork and logs, ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored per policies, and reports issues;
Acts as a brand ambassador, providing excellent member experience and training team members.
