• Act as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products as directed by the Regional Sales Director.
• Provide comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products and effectively communicate on‑label clinical benefits.
• Achieve territory sales by executing Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies, delivering branded sales messages, representing Sobi at local meetings, and exceeding sales targets.
• Represent Sobi’s products and services to a defined customer base, generating and growing sales, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals within a specific geographic area.
• Promote the appropriate use of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in accordance with all corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals; conduct weekly analysis of territory sales data to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law.
• Prepare territory budget plans for customer contacts, local symposia, and other external expenditures.
• Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities and communicate proactively to sales and marketing management.
• Report all adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department as required.
• Perform all administrative functions required of the position, including reporting call activity and customer information into the call reporting system in a timely manner and submitting expenses.

• Located within the territory (Raleigh, NC).
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in business or science.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated hospital selling experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 3 years of specialty sales experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of biologics sales experience that includes specialty pharmacy or 8 years of dedicated hospital selling experience, with knowledge of transition of care/patient journey from hospital to outpatient.
• Demonstrated history of high sales performance.
• Experience with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary.
• Strong work ethic with ability to develop priorities and manage time effectively over a large geographical area.
• Travel within the assigned territory, including overnights, may be 40‑50% of the time; relocation will not be provided.

• Base salary range: $170,000 – $210,000, plus short‑term and long‑term bonus opportunities.
