Food Service Sales Representative

Purple Crow seeks a Food Service Sales Representative to grow sales of our Hispanic and Latino beverages and groceries with food service customers across the Southeast. Based in the Greensboro, NC area, you'll manage a territory of distributors, restaurants, and institutional accounts, driving new business and expanding existing relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting, product presentations, pricing and contract negotiation, and coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new food service customers within assigned territory.
• Manage and grow sales with existing distributors, restaurants, and institutional accounts.
• Conduct on-site sales visits, product presentations, and menu or program placements.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts in line with company margin goals.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Develop territory sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Gather market, competitor, and customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, maintaining strong long-term relationships.
• Represent Purple Crow at trade shows, ride-alongs, and customer events.
