Sales and Training Specialist

Mosaic North America seeks a Sales and Training Specialist to drive growth across experiential, shopper, and omnichannel marketing programs. In this role, you'll prospect and close new business, deepen relationships with key clients, and collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to build data-driven solutions. You'll also design and deliver engaging sales, product, and program training for internal teams and client partners, enabling consistent in-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business for experiential and shopper marketing programs.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing client accounts.

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to shape client solutions.
