Bilingual Wholesale Product Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Bilingual Wholesale Product Specialist to support our manufacturing and industrial customers with expert product guidance and service. In this role, you'll manage wholesale accounts, recommend coatings and related solutions, and provide technical support in two languages. You'll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and superior customer experiences. You'll deliver product trainings, track market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers in manufacturing sectors
• Provide bilingual product support, recommendations, and technical guidance on coatings and finishes
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to meet customer needs and deadlines
• Prepare quotes, product specifications, and order documentation accurately
• Conduct product presentations, trainings, and demonstrations for wholesale partners
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports
