• Engaging Homeowners— Meet pre‑qualified homeowners in person, build trust quickly, and guide them through an exciting improvement to their home.
• Driving the Sales Process— Compete, win, and grow at every stage of the sales cycle.
• Generating New Opportunities— Expand beyond our strong online presence using door hangers, yard signs, social media, and referrals.
• Managing Your Pipeline— Keep deals organized and accurate within our CRM.
• Educating Homeowners— Set clear expectations and help customers feel confident and informed.
• Creating Professional Estimates— Provide polished quotes and follow up to close the sale.
• Partnering With Production— Work closely with our operations team to ensure every sold job is ready for a smooth install.

• Must live in the Raleigh Metro area

• Sales Experience— 1–2 years of closing experience preferred.

• $40k Base STARTING Salary + Uncapped Commissions
• $90k–$110k+ First‑Year Earning Potential
