Licensed Health Insurance Agents

Sagility is seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support leading healthcare payers in a fast-paced, member-centric environment. As a remote agent, you will educate prospects and members on health plan options, conduct needs-based assessments, and complete accurate, compliant enrollments. You'll handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, document interactions in CRM systems, and meet performance goals for quality, sales, and productivity. Working within Sagility's culture of empathy and innovation, you'll help improve member experience and health outcomes while growing your expertise in healthcare operations and analytics-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospective and existing members on health insurance plans, benefits, and eligibility.
• Conduct compliant needs assessments and recommend appropriate plan options.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using Sagility's systems and scripts.
• Complete accurate, timely enrollments and documentation in CRM and client platforms.
• Adhere to CMS, HIPAA, and state regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed sales, quality, and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with team leads and quality coaches to improve performance.
• Protect member data and follow all privacy and security protocols.
