Inside Sales Coordinator

Cool Sys is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our HVAC-R and construction services business. In this role, you will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and process orders while coordinating with field and project teams. You will maintain accurate CRM data, track opportunities, and ensure prompt, professional customer communication. Working in our safety-first, collaborative culture, you'll support sales growth, help optimize energy-efficient solutions, and gain exposure to advanced mechanical and refrigeration systems across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound sales inquiries for HVAC-R and construction services
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements
• Enter and track orders, opportunities, and customer data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with field technicians, project managers, and operations to schedule work
• Maintain detailed sales records, reports, and pipeline visibility for leadership
• Support account managers with follow-ups, documentation, and customer updates
• Ensure timely, professional communication with customers and internal teams
• Assist in identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities for services and solutions
