- Assess, cultivate, and manage customer relationships across stakeholders within assigned accounts
- Develop customized site-specific account plans and coordinate resources to meet customer needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for designated CAR T treatment sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a streamlined interface between account stakeholders and field-facing colleagues
- Navigate complex account environments and drive solutions addressing stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with partners to support referrals of appropriate patients to treatment centers
- Maintain and continuously develop disease- and product-specific knowledge
- Provide customer insights and timely feedback on business trends, therapeutic landscape changes, performance, industry issues, opportunities, and risks
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies governing cell therapy activities
- Drive within the assigned territory and travel by airplane where required
- 7+ years of sales, marketing, and/or commercial experience
- 5+ years of experience in Hematology/Oncology
- Experience working in large, complex accounts and identifying influential stakeholders
- Customer service orientation with quick responses, reliability, and excellent follow-up
- Ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to implement key account strategies
- High degree of technical expertise and business acumen
- Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation style
- Thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed, up to 50%
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Hospital sales experience in academic and community settings preferred
- Buy-and-bill reimbursement experience preferred
Demonstrates extensive experience in managing customer relationships and developing account strategies within Hematology/Oncology. Possesses strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of U.S. compliance guidelines, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
