Gwinnett is seeking a motivated and student-focused Admissions Representative to guide prospective students in making informed decisions about their education. This full-time role involves conducting career planning sessions, addressing student concerns, and supporting the enrollment process while adhering to the highest ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Must be willing to make high volume of outreach to prospects using CRM. Phone calls, texts and emails.
- Conduct interviews with potential students to match with the appropriate program.
- Conduct tours of campus. Assist prospective students with enrollment decisions and paperwork.
- Collaborate with financial services to address financial concerns.
- Provide outstanding customer service to new enrollments through New Student Orientation and class start.
Associate’s Degree Preferred (or Relevant Experience).
Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Results-driven, detail orientated and team player.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Sales background (preferred).

Example Schedule- Two Day Shifts - 9 AM - 7 PM
- Two Evening Shifts - 10 AM - 8 PM
- Fridays - 9 AM - 1 PM
