We are not hiring someone to stand behind a desk, write workout plans and wait for clients to appear.

We are hiring someone to build a personal training department.

We provide the members, marketing, traffic, equipment and sales process. Two full-time trainers are already on staff.

We need someone who can connect with members, sell personal training, produce results and develop a team. If you can sell, lead and execute, this can become a very lucrative position.

• Guaranteed base pay while building the department
• 30% of every training session you personally deliver
• A percentage of every training product you personally sell during the build
• A percentage of total department revenue once the department reaches its established threshold, including production from the trainers you lead

You get paid to train, sell and build a team that produces. As the department grows, your income and leadership opportunity grow with it.

You will be responsible for personal training sales and department growth.

• Contact new members and book Success Sessions
• Conduct assessments and consultations
• Convert members into paid training clients
• Build and maintain your own client book
• Develop the two full-time trainers already on staff
• Recruit additional trainers as the department grows
• Coach consultations, sales conversations and follow-up
• Manage schedules, fulfillment and trainer productivity
• Track appointments, show rates, close rates, average sale and recurring revenue
• Produce client transformations, testimonials and renewals

This is not a maintenance position. You are being hired specifically to build.

• Have personally sold personal training packages
• Can discuss money and confidently ask for the sale
• Connect with people quickly and uncover what they want
• Lead from the front by selling and training
• Understand that activity, follow-up and conversion drive revenue
• Want income tied to performance instead of an hourly ceiling
• Want to develop a team and grow into larger leadership

• Current nationally accredited personal training certification
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Personal training sales experience
• Experience training clients in a gym
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Availability during high-demand morning and evening periods
• Ability to demonstrate exercises safely

• You have never sold personal training
• You will not consistently follow up with leads
• You are uncomfortable asking for money
• You want guaranteed income without performance expectations
• You would rather maintain a department than build one
