We are a growing sales and marketing company that partners with established brands to provide face-to-face customer acquisition and sales support inside partnered retail locations.

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll receive paid training, a guaranteed base pay, and opportunities to earn additional income through commission and performance-based bonuses.

No previous sales experience is required.

You'll work on-site with your team inside a partnered retail location. Throughout the day, you'll interact directly with customers, learn about their needs, explain available products and services, and help customers select appropriate options.

You’ll also participate in team meetings, sales training, coaching, and goal-setting designed to help you strengthen your communication and sales skills.

• Engage with customers face-to-face in partnered retail locations
• Learn and present client products, services, and current promotions
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
