Automotive Sales Consultant

Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll showcase our vehicles, build relationships with customers, and guide them through the buying experience from start to finish. • Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their preferences
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Stay up to date on vehicle features, specifications, and current inventory
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales and product knowledge
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Basic computer skills for managing customer and sales information
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
