Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate, in a healthcare environment.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
