Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, corridors, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, assist with visitor check-in, and help maintain orderly flow in public-facing areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and customer or employee concerns, and notify appropriate contacts as needed;
Complete patrol and incident documentation, communicate key updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management, and support opening and closing routines when assigned
