Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or access concerns;
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor directions and de-escalation support, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior;
Support healthcare operations by observing for policy violations, assisting with incident response, and communicating clearly with staff, patients, visitors, and/or first responders when needed
