- Sat: 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
- Sun: 05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations in accordance with site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and/or restricted locations while maintaining awareness of unusual activity and policy violations.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access, contraband movement, and/or prohibited behavior at the location.
- Carry and maintain assigned armed equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, post orders, and applicable regulations while supporting order and professionalism during daily operations.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- An armed guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
