Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe foot and vehicle traffic to help deter unauthorized entry and/or support site protocols for staff, patients, and visitors;
Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
