Armed Guard - Camp Bondsteel Kosovo; Overseas Secret Clearance

The Armed Security Guard provides security, installation access control, roving patrols, surveillance, monitoring and overall safeguarding to the installation and its tenants. This is a United States Army installation, which includes all access gym and workout facility as well as a PX, Burger King, and MWR.

• U.S. Citizen. If U.S. military experience referenced, must provide DD214 within last 10 years.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance (CGS‑Kosovo can sponsor new clearances).
• Two (2) years of experience in armed security, armed law enforcement, or operations within Armed Forces, civilian police or commercial security while armed within past 10 years.
• Completion of a state‑recognized civilian security or law enforcement academy, or armed forces security or law enforcement training program (verification of training such as certificates or DD214).
• Current/active U.S. Passport.
• Willingness to undergo NCIC/FBI criminal background report including fingerprints; must have a clean criminal history with no convictions or major traffic offenses.
• Experience and knowledge of security operations.
• Experience with basic force protection.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be medically fit and undergo medical testing.
• Must pass a Physical Ability Test (run 1.5 miles in 17:30 minutes and 21 push‑ups in two minutes). This is strictly enforced; exceptions or waivers will not be allowed.
• Willingness to undergo random drug testing upon request.
• Regular working hours: 48 hours per week with varying schedules as assigned; may be required to work additional hours beyond scheduled time.
• Physical requirements:
  
  maintain necessary physical fitness; guard duties under local weather and terrain; meet all physical and medical requirements as dictated by U.S. Government contract.
