Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a geographically dispersed team of specialized individual contributors for application penetration tests
- Oversee teams securing applications and reducing data breach risks
- Develop policies, processes, controls, and tools for application security
- Advise leadership on critical issues impacting the company
- Maintain relationships with third‑party vendors and manage issues
- Demonstrate foundational AI literacy by using approved AI tools
- 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 3+ years of Penetration Testing Leadership experience
- 1+ years of application security experience
- 3 + years of hands‑on penetration testing experience
- 2 + years of CI/CD integration experience
- CISSP, CISM, GWAPT, GPEN, GXPN, GMOB, BSCP, or OSCP
