Provide customer service to guests, visitors, students, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns in accordance with site procedures.;
Assist with directing visitors, providing information, and supporting a welcoming environment while maintaining a professional presence.
