Installers with a good attitude and work ethic will be empowered to become Project Leads where they will make decisions and own the management of assigned tasks and projects.

Job Summary

Concrete Craft is seeking experienced and non-experienced people to join our team. We are looking for hard-working installers that have a good attitude and can work as a team member with our current crews. Generally, new installers will work and train to learn the craft and techniques related to coat concrete, decorative concrete, stained concrete, and stamped concrete. Depending on experience and skill, we expect the installers to transition into being Lead Installer, which will lead to higher compensation levels and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Requires physical work including work standing or on knees and pushing or pulling objects and lift and/or move weights up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to work long hours and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Operate vehicles, grinder/polishers, hand power tools, vacuums, sprayers and other industry-related equipment following safety procedures.
  • Grade soil. Cut & install concrete forms. Place concrete.
  • Installation of water and solvent-based materials such as epoxies, crack repair/fillers, mortars, overlays, sealers, and stains.
  • Cleans and store all equipment and tooling upon completion of jobs.
  • Ability to learn and to understand and follow directions and work as a team for the good of the project.
  • Attend seminars and training conferences as required.

  • Prospective candidates must be able to pass a background check, have a good driving record, and use of a personal vehicle for transport to/from each project location
