Position Summary: RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

An HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The technician will also be responsible for offering the customer a high-quality experience, making recommendations, and educating customers on products.

• Perform service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience, make recommendations, and educate customers on products.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

• 2-5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably with a focus on residential markets
• EPA Certification is required
• Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three years of driving experience
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills for resolving complex HVAC issues
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Exceptional customer service and ability to address diverse client needs
• Professional interaction with individuals at all organizational levels
• Flexible, innovative team player capable of thriving in dynamic environments
• Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to climb ladders, access attics, navigate tight spaces, drive, enter crawlspaces, and use hand tools
• Ability to drive
• Work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, attics, crawlspaces)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit; speak and hear; use hands to handle or feel objects
• Work may involve exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions
