We are seeking experienced pipe welders to join our team and primarily weld carbon steel pipes on a variety of commercial and industrial projects in the greater Raleigh area. This is a 90-day contract-to-hire position, with the ultimate goal of transitioning to a direct hire role with full benefits. Candidates should be prepared to perform a 6G weld test, which will determine the offer and pay rate.

• Perform welding on carbon steel pipes for commercial and industrial projects.
• Conduct welding using Mig, Tig, stick welding, and flux core techniques.
• Interpret and work from blueprints for accurate welding and fitting.
• Engage in pipe welding and fabrication tasks.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained during all welding operations.

• Proficiency in Mig, Tig, and stick welding.
• Experience with carbon steel and pipe welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understanding of industrial and structural steel fabrication.

• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with stainless steel and structural steel is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
