, we’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who can deliver high-quality system installations and create great customer experiences every time.

This role focuses primarily on residential installs with some light commercial projects. You’ll oversee and perform installations of:

• Split systems
• Ductwork
• Air handlers
• Thermostats
• Indoor air quality products

We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill, leadership, and professionalism
. In this position, you’ll mentor team members, uphold installation quality standards, and ensure our customers are completely satisfied.

• Deliver World-Class Installations – Provide customers with efficient, high-quality system installs they can rely on.
• Lead and Train Team Members – Mentor installers and helpers to improve technical skill and customer care.
• Test and Verify Performance – Perform system tests to ensure equipment runs smoothly and meets customer expectations.
• Educate Customers – Explain recommended maintenance, upgrades, and service plan options.

• Experience in residential HVAC installation (lead installer experience preferred)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other job-site conditions
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members
• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to craftsmanship

Compensation is based on experience and skill level, with higher pay scales for Lead Installers
. Pay includes hourly and performance-based options, with additional earning potential through spiffs, commissions, and bonuses.
