Art of Drawers Raleigh is looking for Installation Partners who are craftsmen and are experienced with a toolbox, drill, and level. As an Installation Partner, you will not need to bid or sell jobs—every job assigned to you is automatically commission-based, with no selling or negotiating required. Art of Drawers allows you to set a flexible schedule and build relationships with customers to supplement your own business, for additional jobs / projects outside of our primary focus areas.

We provide comprehensive training from our certified installer team, as well as ongoing education opportunities for advancement into different areas of the business.

• Install custom-crafted pull-out drawers and organizational solutions in cabinets with precision and care.
• Communicate with customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Schedule and coordinate measurement appointments and installations efficiently.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure all measurements, installations, and adjustments meet high-quality standards.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.
• Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and on-site interactions to grow business opportunities for increased earnings potential.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after installations.

• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and appointments effectively.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Tools and equipment required for installations.
• Vehicle large enough to carry materials to job sites.
