At-Temp Refrigeration is looking for a high-level commercial service technician with strong diagnostic skills and real-world restaurant experience. This role is designed for technicians who can work independently, handle troubleshooting, and take ownership of their work in the field.

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair of commercial restaurant refrigeration systems
  , including:
• Walk-in coolers and freezers
• Ice machines
• Reach-ins
• Remote and self-contained systems
• Performing preventative maintenance with a focus on reliability and uptime
• Responding to emergency service calls when needed
• Communicating clearly with restaurant managers and ownership
• Completing accurate service documentation
• Representing the company professionally at all job sites

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration experience (restaurant work strongly preferred)
• Strong electrical and refrigeration diagnostics (not just part swapping)
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
• OSHA

• EPA Certification
• Experience mentoring or leading junior technicians
