About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead the wiring and pressure rise of High Voltage GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) equipment for Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies division.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on electrical leader with high voltage experience who is comfortable supervising union electricians and ensuring installation processes meet strict safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do- Supervise and coordinate electricians/installers working on High Voltage GIS equipment
- Lead wiring and pressure rise processes
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings and installation procedures
- Manage union contractor crews and assign work effectively
- Ensure all work follows safety, quality, and installation standards
- Make decisions on installation methods based on efficiency and cost
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- 3–5+ years of electrical field experience
- Prior supervisory or crew lead experience
- Experience with High Voltage equipment, switch gear, substations, or power systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of electrical tools and electrical measurement tools
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Pay Details$45.00 to $48.00 per hour
