• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and guide customers to informed purchasing decisions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Inspect, diagnose, and replace equipment, wiring, or fixtures.
• Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers.
• Follow the national electrical code, state, and local building regulations.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions, outcomes, and recommend products and services.
• Travel up to 80% of the time in the field and 20% inspecting/quality control with county inspectors.

• NC electrical license.
• At least 2 years of electrical service experience (preferred).
• Authorization to work in the US.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.
• Service Titan knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.
