AV Integration Technician; Raleigh​/Charlotte NC

Presidio is seeking an on-site AV Integration Technician located in Charlotte, NC (Whitehall Park). The role involves installation of displays, projectors, audio systems, control systems, and teleconferencing systems. The position requires 85% regional travel and regular client site visits.

You will be expected to travel up to client sites on a daily basis, including out-of-town/overnight trips weekly (up to 75%‑85% of the time).

• On‑site installation of displays, projectors, audio systems, control systems, and teleconferencing systems under guidance.
• Installation, testing, and termination of low‑voltage cabling for AV implementations.
• Follow instructions from Lead Technician and Project Managers to complete AV installation.
• Complete basic rack wiring.
• Learn basics of operating collaboration platforms; pursue AV certifications such as CTS for growth.
• Assist with inventory, staging, and testing of AV and network hardware before installation.
• Communicate with other trades and handle basic customer communication onsite.
• Travel to various job sites as required.

• High School Diploma/GED or bachelor's degree and/or military experience.
• 3+ years of experience in low‑voltage or AV industry.
• Ability to work on a ladder, lift, push/pull 50 pounds or more, stand for long periods, bend, kneel and work with arms raised for prolonged periods.

• Audio Video experience is desired.
• Certificates such as CTS, Extron, Avixa, Shure, Biamp, Crestron, etc.
• 1–5 years of AV integration experience.
