Zip Staff is hiring a Painter / Painting Support Worker for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a local painting company. The ideal candidate will have painting experience and be comfortable working on interior and exterior painting projects both on the ground and on ladders/scaffolding.
Responsibilities may include taping, priming, painting, surface preparation, cleanup, material handling, and assisting with basic drywall or carpentry work when needed.
Requirements- 3+ years of painting experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable painting from heights, ladders, scaffolding, or elevated areas.
- Must be able to work outside for up to 8 hours a day.
- Drywall or carpentry experience is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation, as job site or meeting location may vary.
- Must be able to pass Zip Staff’s background screening and drug test.
- Must be dependable and ready to work.
- Commercial and residential painting: 3 years (Required).
- Indoor and Outdoor painting: 3 years (Required).
- Day Shift (Required).
- Raleigh, NC 27629 (Required).
- Durham, NC 27701 (Required).
