MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs in our multifamily communities in Raleigh, NC. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks while keeping units move-in ready.
Qualifying candidates typically have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC know-how, EPA Type II or Universal certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days), and a valid driver's license.
