Job Summary

Residential Field Supervisor - Experience:
3 years - Location:
Raleigh, NC (Onsite)
Installation of Residential and Light Commercial HVAC duct systems and equipment, including:
- Packaged units (ground and rooftop)
- Split system equipment
- Central station air handlers
- Exhaust fans (roof mounted, wall mounted, and suspended)
- Various types of air distribution systems
- Flexible, spiral and single wall pipe duct systems
- Fire and smoke or combination dampers
- Kitchen hoods and associated ductwork
- Ceiling and wall grilles and diffusers
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet required physical ability.
- Review all job packages and coordinate information with field personnel.
- Perform installation services for residential and light commercial projects.
- Maintain quality workmanship and installation standards.
- Work in outdoor weather and temperature extremes as per company policy.
- Maintain daily communication with field personnel and project managers.
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries with the warehouse manager to maximize field production.
- Prepare all documentation pertinent to the installation project.
- Work safely and follow company safety policies.
- Secure an EPA refrigerant certificate within company guidelines.
- Start up equipment, confirming wiring, refrigerant charging, and safety procedures.
- Complete timesheets on a daily/weekly basis.
- Maintain all tools and vehicles in top condition.
- Ensure a safe workplace at all job sites and report violations to the safety supervisor.
- Follow directions from the Residential Installation Supervisor.
