Master Craftsman

Wake County Public School System seeks a Master Craftsman to support Facilities & Maintenance across a large, diverse K-12 district. This role performs expert-level repairs and renovations in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC to maintain safe, high-quality learning environments. The Master Craftsman troubleshoots complex building issues, interprets blueprints, and ensures compliance with codes and safety standards. Working on-site at schools, you will lead or mentor other maintenance staff, coordinate with contractors, and support preventive maintenance programs.
