We’re growing and looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. If you have 3+ years of residential HVAC experience and want a stable company with strong leadership and real advancement opportunities, this role is for you.

As an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll use your expertise to deliver top-tier service and solutions to our customers:

• Perform thorough HVAC system inspections
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations using written option sheets
• Diagnose and complete HVAC repairs and replacements in compliance with all applicable codes
• Accurately complete service documentation and handle payment processing
  
  Order required parts and ensure you’re fully prepared for each service call
• Submit purchase orders through dispatch or designated purchasing staff
• Maintain and account for assigned tools, materials, and equipment
• Represent Thermo Direct with professionalism and pride at every customer home

• 3 + years of verifiable HVAC industry experience
• Strong knowledge of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, airflow, and duct system issues
• High School diploma or GED required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule

• Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for dispatching, GPS, and documentation
• Valid driver’s license and approved driving record per company insurance requirements
