Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair property issues across our Triad, NC market. You will manage work orders, document repairs with before/after photos, and ensure timely completion within service level agreements.
Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 2-3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.
