Mayfaire Apartments in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units and support ongoing maintenance operations. You will report to the Service Manager and may be required to respond to on-call emergencies, HVAC certification preferred.
The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, knowledge of SDS and OSHA, and a valid driver's license. You will handle work orders, assist with inventory, and coordinate with the Property Manager
