An electrical contracting company is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on federal or commercial project work across central and coastal North Carolina. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands‑on leader who knows how to keep a job site running safely, on schedule, and to code.

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on active commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and electrical drawings
• Coordinate daily work assignments and keep projects on schedule
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and quality standards
• Communicate progress and issues with project managers and general contractors
• Maintain jobsite safety standards and enforce compliance
• Track materials, tools, and equipment needs for the crew
• Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices on site

Electrical Foreman Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as an electrical foreman
• 5 or more years of progressive electrical experience overall
• Experience on commercial and industrial projects exceeding a contract value of over $1M
