Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, industry leader in facility management, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Raleigh, NC

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems.
• Travel between facilities ensuring all systems function properly and efficiently.
• Maintain responsibility for inventory control, purchasing, and contracted maintenance services.
• Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize HVAC system performance.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification required;
  Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel.
