Carpenter - Metal Stud Framer (Raleigh, NC)

About This Role Commercial metal stud framers needed for a pharmaceutical/industrial facility in Raleigh, NC. This is hands-on work on a high-spec project-ideal for experienced metal stud carpenters who can move quickly, read drawings, and keep quality tight. You'll join a busy jobsite working alongside other trades on interior nonbearing partitions, install track and studs, and follow detailed layout. What You'll DoInstall, align and secure metal stud and track framing systems for interior nonbearing partitions and ceilings

Read and follow layout drawings, shop drawings and construction directions; mark and transfer layout to field

Measure, cut, notch and fit studs and track to spec using hand and power tools

Install blocking, bracing and reinforcements as required for openings and MEP supports

Coordinate sequencing and work areas with other trades on an active pharmaceutical jobsite

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow site safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For Proven experience with metal stud framing on commercial projects (interior nonbearing partitions and ceilings)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layout plans

Strong measuring, cutting and fastening skills with hand and power tools

Familiar with general rough carpentry and construction methods & materials

Experience working in fast-paced, high-spec commercial or industrial environments

Able to work full days on-site, follow direction, and collaborate with other trades

Qualifications OSHA-10 preferred (or willingness to obtain on hire)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Raleigh jobsite

Comfortable reading construction drawings and basic field layout

Able to pass background and drug screen if required by the project

Prior commercial metal framing or journeyman-level carpentry experience
