Maintenance Technician

Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to assist with the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of our commercial properties while helping ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for tenants and guests.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:
  • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general maintenance
  • Repairing and treating structures such as doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
  • Must be available to work some weekends
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities
  • Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor
Job Requirements

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi‑tasking throughout the day.

Education/Qualification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment criminal history & drug screen
