Industrial Maintenance Technician

Full-Time | Charlotte, NC | $22-$30/hr Based on Experience

Alliance Industrial is hiring Maintenance Technicians for full-time, on-site roles in Charlotte, NC. This is steady manufacturing maintenance work with competitive pay, consistent shifts, and hands-on mechanical troubleshooting.

Candidates with experience in preventive maintenance, production equipment repair, pumps, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, piping, HVAC, or basic electrical maintenance are encouraged to apply.

• Job Type: Full-time, on-site
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Training:
  Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM for approximately 3-6 months

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment issues
• Maintain pumps, motors, fans, belts, filters, piping systems, and related equipment
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Conduct inspections to reduce downtime and keep equipment running safely

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, HVAC, or facilities environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with tools, equipment repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gears, and alignment
• Ability to work from ladders or elevated areas
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly during the shift

• HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, or facility systems
• Basic electrical skills, motor controls, or electrical distribution
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on training
