Position:
Maintenance Technician – Condominium & HOA Communities
Location:
Carolina Regional Office – Raleigh, NC
Schedule:
Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with on-call rotation
Pay: $24–$28 per hour based on experience
What You’ll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across multiple condominium and homeowner association communities.
Responsibilities include:
Performing building maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and general upkeep
Maintaining exterior community features such as gutters, roofs, doors, trim, and lighting
Responding to service requests and maintenance issues efficiently
Delivering professional customer service to homeowners and association boards
Managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs
What You Bring Minimum 2+ years with exterior repairs, specifically deck building, siding and window trim repairs.
Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work
Experience with exterior building components such as gutters, doors, and roofing
Comfortable working safely on ladders; HVAC experience is a plus Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficient in using a mobile phone for work order systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Own basic hand and power tools
Valid driver’s license, along with a truck or van and proof of auto insurance
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening upon offer of employment
