. In this role, you will perform a variety of construction, renovation, repair, and installation projects that support the upkeep and improvement of campus facilities. Your work will directly impact the appearance, safety, and functionality of buildings and spaces used every day.

This position is ideal for an experienced trades professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results. From renovations and space reconfigurations to finish carpentry and fixture installation

Key responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform carpentry work related to renovations, repairs, alterations, and construction projects, including the installation and finishing of drywall, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and related building components.
  • Install and repair doors, windows, trim, millwork, hardware, partitions, and other interior and exterior building features.
  • Modify and reconfigure existing spaces by removing or constructing walls, installing partitions, and making structural and non-structural alterations to support facility needs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate project execution and compliance with design requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to complete projects safely, efficiently
