This is a full-time role for a Service Technician for MAKSON Inc., located in Knightdale, NC. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing field service support in the Fire Sprinkler/Fire Alarm Industry. The role also includes interacting with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years In Fire Sprinkler Service/Inspections
- Maintenance & Repair skills
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Field Service
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical certification or relevant experience in a related field is a plus
