Electrician Helper - Electrical Industrial Specialty Contractor

We are a growing industrial electrical specialty contractor seeking motivated Laborers/Helpers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or build a long-term career in the electrical construction industry. Previous construction, laborer, or helper experience is helpful but not required.

• Assist electricians and field crews with industrial electrical installations and construction activities
• Transport, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
• Support jobsite safety, housekeeping, and project organization
• Perform general labor duties as assigned
• Travel to regional project sites as needed (required)

• Willingness to learn and work in an industrial construction environment
• Ability to perform physical work in indoor and outdoor conditions
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Prior experience as a laborer, helper, or in construction is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
