Occasionally plumbing issues arise that require a knowledgeable professional to diagnose, repair, and resolve them. That's where you come in.

As a Plumbing Warranty Technician
, you'll address warranty-related plumbing concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold Maynor Service Company's reputation for quality workmanship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Warranty Service & Repairs

You'll respond to warranty and service requests, including:

  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
  • Repairing leaks in water supply, drain, and fixture connections
  • Repairing or replacing faucets, shower valves, toilets, disposals, and plumbing fixtures
  • Addressing issues with water heaters and related plumbing components
  • Resolving drainage concerns and plumbing performance issues
  • Completing warranty repairs efficiently and professionally
TROUBLESHOOTING & DIAGNOSTICS

A large part of this role involves identifying the root cause of plumbing issues.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Diagnosing water pressure concerns
  • Troubleshooting fixture performance issues
  • Identifying leaks and determining corrective actions
  • Evaluating drainage and venting concerns
  • Inspecting plumbing systems to verify proper operation
  • Communicating findings and recommended solutions clearly and professionally
CUSTOMER SERVICE & WARRANTY SUPPORT

You'll serve as one of the primary points of contact between Maynor Service Company and homeowners.

You'll:

  • Interact professionally with homeowners and customers at all times
  • Explain repairs and service work in a clear, courteous manner
  • Schedule and complete service calls within established timelines
  • Document warranty issues, repairs performed, and materials used
  • Communicate recurring issues or trends to management
  • Ensure customers have a positive service experience
QUALITY CONTROL

This is where your attention to detail really matters.

You'll help:

  • Identify workmanship or product issues requiring correction
  • Verify completed repairs are functioning properly before leaving the site
  • Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable plumbing codes
  • Maintain a clean and professional work area in occupied homes
  • Keep service vehicles stocked, organized, and ready for daily operations
  • Complete accurate service reports and warranty documentation
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Willing to participate in an on-call schedule
  • Dependable and shows up ready to work
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in craftsmanship
  • Comfortable working independently and managing service calls
  • Able to communicate professionally with customers
  • Organized and capable of maintaining accurate service documentation
